Ambassador Sebastián Sayús hosted a lunch in honour of the new Chief of Mission/Chief Military Observer of UNMOGIP, General Ramon Sánchez Guardado, as well as to bid farewell to the Argentine observers who completed their duties in this mission, Major Gloria Mansilla Prieto and Captain Gustavo Cattaneo.
